With a background that combines technical expertise and business education, Brian plays an important part in helping deliver the kind of service and customer experience Xtreme Tire Garage is known for.

In his role, Brian is focused on providing unmatched service and customer experience while helping foster a team-first culture. He leads by setting a good example, liaises with the marketing team, and also serves as a Joint Health & Safety Committee Representative. Together, these responsibilities make him an important part of both the customer experience and the day-to-day culture at Xtreme Tire Garage.

Background and Experience

Before joining Xtreme Tire Garage, Brian was a fully licensed Ford master mechanic. After an injury left him no longer able to fix cars, he decided to go back to college, where he received a diploma in Business Management. That combination of hands-on industry experience and business knowledge helps shape the perspective he brings to his role today.

Brian’s path to Xtreme Tire Garage started unexpectedly. While working as a service advisor at a car dealership, he randomly ran into an Xtreme Tire Garage employee at a store. After hearing about an open position, he decided to come in for an interview, and the rest is history.

One of Brian’s favourite parts of working at Xtreme Tire Garage is being able to help customers directly in his own community. Since he lives around the corner, that local connection makes the work especially meaningful.

One of Brian’s proudest accomplishments at Xtreme Tire Garage has been being promoted to Assistant Manager in less than a year through hard work and recognition, a milestone that reflects both his dedication and the impact he has made in a short period of time.
